Being part of a couple’s important day is one of the biggest perks of this job. And being able to catch up with them a few months down the line is such a lovely occasion. But when you get invited to a second reception at the beautiful Grimsby Town Hall, and get to see the whole family again, well, that’s a bit of a privilege.
You may remember Padma and Matt getting married last year at Gate Street Barn – theirs was the wedding which was put together in 10 weeks. The one where the sun came out for us in November. With the three ceremonies. This time around we were in Padma’s home town of Grimsby to celebrate with her friends and family a little further north (and a much shorter drive for me!).
So thank you again Padma and Matt – it was wonderful to see you all again and to catch up. And thanks for looking after me!
