I’m not entirely sure where 2015 went. I remember it starting – glass of bubbly, party poppers and all that. I remember looking forward to the spring, and the weddings over the year. Then it becomes a bit of a blur. There was a hotel or two, cake, sunsets, dancing, the odd toast, etc. And the evidence is certainly there – my Facebook friends list has grown, hard drive space has vanished, and my cameras have war wounds. But where the time went, I’m not entirely sure.
Going through the years photos has helped relive some of those wonderful moments. Getting to know two people and then watching them get married is something I’ll never tire of. And getting to take pictures of it happening is a privilege.
So to all the people I’ve photographed, met, chatted to, worked with, and colluded with, thank you. It’s been a pleasure and an honour.
